This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician located in Omiš, Croatia
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and offering troubleshooting assistance to both team members and the organization
The technician will also conduct system updates, installations, and ensure smooth operation of hardware and software
Training staff on IT-related functionalities and addressing user inquiries are also key aspects of this role
What we expect from you:
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
Strong background in Information Technology, including hardware maintenance, software management, and network setup
Customer Service skills to assist and communicate effectively with users at all levels
Experience in Training others on IT systems, tools, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications in IT or system support are an advantage
