PACKAGING BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR
For the Packaging Business Unit, we are looking for an experienced Director who will take full responsibility for business activities and lead its further growth.
This role is intended for a leader who can combine commercial drive, orientation in a dynamic environment, and the ability to strategically manage a Business Unit.
- Strategic leadership of the Packaging Business Unit – defining and implementing a long-term strategy for flexible packaging in alignment with group objectives.
- Business growth – acquiring new customers and new projects in line with the strategic development plan of the manufacturing plant.
- P&L responsibility – managing financial performance, budgets, and key KPIs of the entire division.
- Utilization of production capacity.
- Leadership and team development – leading commercial, production, and technical teams, building a high-performing and motivated organization.
- Innovation and ESG – supporting the development of new products and sustainable solutions in line with trends in circular economy and environmental responsibility.
Who we are looking for:
- A senior manager with at least 10 years of experience in FMCG, packaging, or a related industry.
- A person with a proven track record in managing sales teams and business development in international markets.
- A manager capable of leading a complex organization – from production cooperation through sales to finance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, ability to set priorities and deliver on objectives.
- English at a highly advanced level; another language is an advantage.
