BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER BRASS & COPPER – POLAND

Your responsibilities:
- Open new opportunities and segments – automotive, electrical engineering, energy, defence – where the highest demands are placed on materials, tolerances, and supply stability
- Lead technical-commercial negotiations with international customers – from initial inquiry through to long-term contracts
- Propose solutions that make sense both commercially and technically – in cooperation with PCI Technology, R&D, and production
- Support the introduction of new products in line with the PCI 2030 strategy – new alloys, formats, surface treatments, and tolerances
- Negotiate prices, volumes, and terms – in a fair, firm, and effective way
- Analyze the market, competition (Aurubis, Wieland, KME), trends, raw material prices, and the needs of key industries
- Represent METALIMEX in technical meetings, qualifications, audits, and conferences
- Build long-term relationships with key customers while also acquiring new projects and clients
Who we are looking for:
- A sales professional who can lead negotiations and also understands technical products
- Someone who thinks strategically, understands portfolio logic, and knows how a product turns into real business
- A person with energy, analytical thinking, a sense of timing, and instinct that determines outcomes in critical moments
- A partner for demanding customers in automotive, electrical engineering, and high-tech industries, where quality and precision are absolute priorities
What we expect:
- Experience in B2B sales – ideally technical, export-oriented, or involving complex products
- English proficiency enabling communication with customers across Europe; Polish is an advantage
- Previous experience in the Poland & Baltics region; CEE experience is an advantage
- Ability to negotiate, analyze people and data, and translate technical parameters into business value
- Courage to act, take responsibility, and make decisions at the right moment
- Advantage: knowledge of copper- and brass-based materials, manufacturing processes, or industrial experience
