You will work in a segment where a single new project means years of demand, where the right technical arguments matter more than marketing, and where every negotiation has a direct impact on the industry that powers Europe.

What you will do?

  • Open new opportunities and segments – automotive, electrical, energy, defence – exactly where the highest demands are placed on materials, tolerances, and delivery stability.
  • Focus on the DACH region.
  • Lead technical-commercial negotiations with international customers, from initial inquiry through to long-term contracts.
  • Develop proposals that make sense both commercially and technically – in cooperation with PCI Technology, development, and production.
  • Help introduce new products in line with PCI 2030 – new alloys, formats, surface treatments, tolerances.
  • Negotiate prices, volumes, and conditions – fairly, firmly, and with results.
  • Deeply monitor the market, competition (Aurubis, Wieland, KME), trends, raw material price developments, and end-customer needs.
  • Act as the face of METALIMEX in technical negotiations, qualifications, audits, and conferences.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key customers while also bringing in new clients and projects.

Who are we looking for?

  • A salesperson who can lead professional negotiations and also understands technical products.
  • Someone who thinks strategically, understands portfolio logic, and knows how a product becomes real business.
  • A person with drive, analytical thinking, timing intuition, and instinct that determines outcomes in decisive moments.
  • A partner for demanding customers – automotive, electrical, high-tech industries – where quality and precision are absolute priorities.

What you should have:

  • Experience in B2B sales – ideally technical, export-oriented, or with complex products.
  • English that opens doors to customers and partners across Europe.
  • German is a major advantage – the primary focus is the DACH region.
  • Ability to lead negotiations, read both people and numbers, and translate technical parameters into business value.
  • Courage to act directly, take responsibility, stand by results, and say “yes” or “no” at the right time.
  • Advantage: knowledge of copper- and brass-based materials, production processes, or experience in an industrial environment.
